The audience was given an overview of the different structures and qualities as well as the influence of tannins on the storability of the wine. Natalie Lumpp and Heinz Imhof - Guests of Velis Vineyards Winery

Among the numerous guests at the Velis Vineyards stand were one of Germany's leading wine sommelière Natalie Lumpp and the former head chef of the German Football Association Heinz Imhof. Our gastronomic guests paid particular attention to the incomparable history of the wines of Velis Vineyards. How the hand-picked grapes from the Tracian Valley in Bulgaria are transported to Germany and processed in the Rheinhessen in Flörsheim-Dalsheim by winemaker Klaus Scherner. The storage in French oak barrels give the wines the characteristic aromas and completes the process of vinification. The enthusiasm for the wines of Velis Vineyards led to the planning of a joint wine event with Natalie Lumpp, Heinz Imhof and Velis Vineyards, which will take place on 18.10.2019 at the Chapeau Worms.
